Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Isa Bayong purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.

14-day return window

You may request a return within 14 calendar days after your order is delivered. The delivery date shown by the carrier is treated as the date of receipt. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the condition in which you received it, with any original tags, accessories, and packaging. You will also need your receipt or other proof of purchase.

To start a return, email info@isabayong.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. If your return is accepted, we will send return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Standard return shipping is complimentary for eligible returns when you use the label or return method we provide. Original shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, customs duties, and import taxes are not refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.

Handmade variation

Isa Bayong pieces are handwoven and may show small variations in weave, color placement, dimensions, or finish. These individual characteristics are part of handmade production and are not necessarily defects. They do not limit your right to contact us if an item arrives damaged or materially different from its description.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items that cannot be returned

Gift cards, items marked final sale, and personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise. Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about a particular item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order after the return is accepted. If an exchange option is available for your order, we will explain it when you contact us.

European Union cooling-off period

If your order is delivered into the European Union and the statutory 14-day cancellation right applies, you may cancel or return the order within 14 days without giving a reason. The item must be unused, unworn, and returned with its original tags and packaging. This right does not apply to personalized or custom-made goods and is subject to the exceptions allowed by law.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method, generally within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact info@isabayong.com.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights available to you under applicable consumer protection law.
