Order preparation
If a material delay affects your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping destinations, methods, and rates
We ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders of $100 or more and $8 on orders below $100. Express shipping is available for $15. Available services and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.
Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout or in your order confirmation. These dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address or phone number associated with your order after the carrier accepts the shipment. Tracking may take a short time to update.
Shipping addresses
Please review your delivery address before placing an order. Contact info@isabayong.com as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or shipment has begun. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.
Lost, damaged, or missing deliveries
If your shipment arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears to be lost, contact us promptly at info@isabayong.com with your order number and any relevant photographs or tracking information. We will work with you and the carrier to investigate. If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier.
