These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Isa Bayong website, online store, content, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). The store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our products and Services to you.
By accessing or using the Services, or by placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted through your account and for keeping your account credentials secure.
2. Products and handmade variation
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, materials, and colors accurately. Screens and lighting may affect how colors appear. Because many Isa Bayong products are handwoven or hand-finished, small differences in weave, pattern placement, dimensions, and finish are expected and help make each piece individual.
Product availability may be limited. We may change or discontinue products and may limit quantities where permitted by law.
3. Orders
Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order, including because of inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue the appropriate refund.
Please review your order, contact information, and shipping address before submitting payment. Contact us promptly if a correction or cancellation is needed; changes may not be possible after processing has begun.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency presented by the store and may change without notice. Taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other applicable charges will be disclosed at checkout when available. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you submit is accurate.
5. Shipping, returns, and refunds
Order fulfillment and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
The Services and their content—including the Isa Bayong name, logos, photographs, graphics, product designs, text, and site presentation—are owned by or licensed to Isa Bayong and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial shopping and informational purposes. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
7. Reviews, feedback, and submissions
If you submit a review, photograph, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Services, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
8. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the Services to violate law or third-party rights; transmit malicious code; interfere with security or operation; scrape or collect data without authorization; impersonate another person; submit false information; engage in fraud; or use the Services for an unlawful, abusive, or harmful purpose. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.
9. Third-party services and links
The Services may use or link to services operated by third parties, including payment, shipping, analytics, social media, and other providers. Those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.
10. Disclaimer
Except as expressly stated and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that access will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. This disclaimer does not exclude warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Isa Bayong and its owners, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or opportunities arising from your use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability relating to a purchased product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Isa Bayong harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed when you use the Services.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Nevada, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
15. Severability and waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version to the website. Changes apply from the stated effective date and will not retroactively alter an order already accepted unless required by law.
